Cancellation Rights
Your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law, how it applies to a streaming service that starts straight away, and how to use it.
Your 14-day right
When you buy online or by phone in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 usually give you 14 days to cancel without giving a reason. For a service, the 14 days start the day after the contract is made.
How it applies to lemo iptv
Most customers want to start watching straight away, so when you order we ask you to confirm that you want the service to begin during the 14-day period.
- You can still cancel within the 14 days.
- If you do, we refund what you paid minus a fair amount for the days of service you've already had, worked out in proportion to your plan length.
- If the full plan period has already been provided, the right to cancel no longer applies.
Separately, if the service simply doesn't work on your device, our refund policy may give you a full refund.
A worked example
You buy a 3-month plan and cancel on day 6. Six days is roughly 6.6% of a 91-day plan, so we refund about 93% of what you paid.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly within the 14 days, by WhatsApp or by email to Support@lemoiptvv.com. You can use your own words or the model wording below.
To lemo iptv, [email protected]:
I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following service: [plan length].
Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. WhatsApp number or email used to order: [details].
Date: [today's date].
When you'll get your money
We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the payment method you used, with no fee for the refund itself.
Your other rights
This right to cancel is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for example if the service isn't provided with reasonable care and skill or isn't as described.
