The agreement between you and lemo iptv when you buy and use a plan. Please read it before ordering. If anything is unclear, ask us.
About these terms
These terms apply when you order a lemo iptv plan as a consumer. By paying for a plan you agree to them. We may update them, and the version on this page when you order applies to that order.
Ordering
You order by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm your device, the plan length and the price before sending a payment link. The contract starts when we confirm your payment.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling on our pricing page. You pay once for the full plan period. The price for your plan will not change during that period.
Using the service
- Your plan is for personal use within your household.
- You must not share, publish or resell your login details.
- You must not record and redistribute content, or use the service for public showings.
Your responsibilities
- Providing a compatible device and a suitable internet connection.
- Holding a valid TV Licence where UK law requires one.
- Using the service in line with the law where you are.
Content and availability
Content depends on licensing and may change during your plan. We aim to keep the service available at all times, but short interruptions can happen for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We'll keep you informed of planned work where we can.
Cancellations and refunds

Suspension
We may suspend a login that is being shared publicly or used in breach of these terms. We'll tell you why and, where it's fair, give you the chance to put things right first.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly by talking.
