Refund Policy

When we refund a plan, how to ask, and how long it takes, written so you don't need a solicitor to read it.

The short version

In one sentence: if lemo iptv won't work on your device and we can't fix it together, tell us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you.

When you can get a refund

  • The service does not work on your device, you contacted us within 7 days of payment, and we could not fix it together.
  • You were charged twice for the same order, or charged for a plan you did not choose.
  • We were unable to activate your plan after payment.

Two worked examples

Refunded: Sam buys a 3-month plan for an older Smart TV. On day two the app keeps crashing. We try two other apps and a settings change, but it still fails. Sam gets a full refund.

Not refunded: Priya uses a 12-month plan happily for five months, then decides to switch to another service. That's a change of mind after using the service, so it isn't covered. Her plan keeps running until its end date.

When a refund doesn't apply

  • Change of mind after the service has been working on your device.
  • Problems caused by your broadband or Wi-Fi that we have explained how to fix.
  • Logins blocked because they were shared outside your household, against our terms of service.
  • A particular channel you did not ask us about before buying.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email Support@lemoiptvv.com with "Refund" in the subject, or message us on WhatsApp.
  2. Include the date you paid, the plan, and the device you tried.
  3. If we haven't already, we'll try one more fix with you. If it doesn't work, we approve the refund.

How long it takes

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of approval. Your bank may take a few more working days to show it.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here takes those rights away. For the 14-day cooling-off rule, see cancellation rights.
