Who we are

lemo iptv is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email Support@lemoiptvv.com with "Privacy" in the subject line.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address and WhatsApp number when you message or email us.
• Order details: the plan you chose, dates, and payment confirmation (not your full card details).
• Support details: your device type, app, screenshots you send and notes about the help we gave.
• Service data: login details we create for you, and technical connection logs needed to run and protect the service.
• Website data: basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our host for security.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To provide your plan and support you: performance of a contract.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse: our legitimate interests.
• To keep accounting records: legal obligation.
• To send optional news or offers: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with:

• our payment provider, to process your payment securely;
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), when you choose to contact us there;
• our website host and email provider, who store data on our behalf;
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this website and receives your IP address when the page loads;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some providers, including WhatsApp and Google, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

• Support conversations: up to 12 months after your last plan ends.
• Order and payment records: 6 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
• Contact form emails: up to 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We respond within one month.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
