Set-up guides for every screen
Samsung & LG Smart TV
Older Smart TVs can be slow with big channel lists. If yours is pre-2018, a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box usually gives a smoother result.
Set-up stepsAmazon Fire TV Stick & Cube
Keep at least 1 GB of storage free. A full stick is the most common reason for freezing on Fire TV.
Set-up stepsAndroid TV, Google TV & boxes
Android TV boxes with an Ethernet port are the steadiest choice for live sport.
Set-up stepsApple TV 4K & Apple TV HD
Some App Store players are paid apps. We'll tell you which current options work well before you spend anything.
Set-up stepsiPhone, iPad & Android phones
Great for watching in the kitchen or garden. On mobile data, HD streams use roughly 1.5–3 GB per hour.
Set-up stepsWindows PC & Mac
A wired connection makes a noticeable difference on laptops in rooms far from the router.
Set-up stepsMAG & other set-top boxes
MAG boxes are activated against their MAC address, printed on a sticker underneath the box.

Device questions
Compatibility FAQ
My Smart TV is quite old. Will it work?
It may, but older TVs can be slow with big channel lists. A Fire TV Stick or Android TV box plugged into the HDMI port is an inexpensive way to get a much smoother experience.
Do I need to buy a special box?
No. lemo iptv works through apps on devices most homes already have. A streaming stick is optional, and only worth it if your TV struggles.
Can I switch devices later?
Yes. Install the player app on the new device and sign in with the same details. If your old device used MAC activation, message us and we'll move it across.
Which player app should I use?
It depends on your device, and app stores change often. We recommend an app that's currently available and reliable for your exact model when you order.
