DMCA Policy
We respect the rights of creators and broadcasters. This page explains how to report a copyright concern and how we respond.
Our approach
lemo iptv takes intellectual property seriously. We respond to clear notices of alleged infringement under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and, where relevant, the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). When a notice is valid, we act promptly, which can include removing or disabling access to the material concerned.
How to send a notice
Email Support@lemoiptvv.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line and include:
- Your name, organisation (if any), postal address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyright work you believe has been infringed.
- Enough detail for us to locate the material, such as a URL, a channel name and time, or a title.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We acknowledge valid notices, review them and take appropriate action. We may contact you for more information. Incomplete notices may delay our response.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or end the service for customers who repeatedly misuse it to infringe copyright, for example by redistributing content.
False notices
Please only send a notice if you have a genuine, good-faith belief that infringement is taking place. Knowingly false notices may have legal consequences.
