Not sure which plan?

Is there a set-up fee or anything added at checkout?
No. The plan price is what you pay, and set-up help on WhatsApp is included.
Do longer plans include more channels?
No. Every plan includes the same service. Longer plans simply cost less per month.
Can I move from a short plan to a longer one?
Yes. When your current plan is coming to an end, message us and we'll set up the longer plan so there's no gap in service.
Will the price go up during my plan?
No. The price is fixed for the period you've paid for. If prices change in future, the new prices apply to new orders and are shown on this page first.
Why are prices in pounds?
This site is for customers in the UK, so plans are priced in pounds sterling to keep the cost clear before you pay.
Do I need to cancel at the end?
Your plan covers the period you paid for. Before it ends we'll check whether you'd like to continue, and nothing new is charged unless you choose a new plan.
